We began our holiday season in Spromberg Canyon to find our lucky Christmas tree - we felt very accomplished, even though we discovered a few more feet needed to come off the top in order for it to fit in our place - we're amateurs, but the tree still looks great and the lights make it look even better.

The Christmas Season for the "Donaghy Duo" is a new experience. We're starting traditions, simplifying the commercialism, and trying our best to focus on the Christmas Story. Last night we viewed a Christmas devotional. One speaker reminded us that the greatest gifts of Christmas were exemplified in that beloved account.
"When we see Shepherds, may we remember to be humble, when we see Wise Men, may we remember to be generous, when we see the Star, may we remember the light of Christ, which gives life and light to all things, when we see a tiny baby, may we remember to love unconditionally..."
The sweet baby Jesus is truly the greatest gift of Christmas. Christ's life offered us all innumerable gifts of hope, love and peace that we take advantage of all throughout our days of life. We're lucky and very blessed.
We wish you a merry Christmas and invite you to #sharethegift. It captures the true essence of Christmas beautifully. Merry Merry.
